Kilgore Architectural Products, Inc was founded in 1998 by Mike Kilgore & Joe Holcombe focusing on furnishing and installing metal & translucent panel systems for commercial construction projects.

Since then, KAP added a diverse array of products including composite, high pressure laminate, fiber cement & composite metal panel systems, glass skylights & canopies, as well as architectural sunshades & louvers to building envelope projects. Project design assist with Architects & Engineers throughout the region translated into spectacular projects throughout our community and surrounding areas.

In 2024 KAP became Kilgore TEC Products, Inc. (KTP) with an ownership change to Sheryl Rasmusson & Dean Watkins. In January, 2025 KTP received certifications from the State of Washington Office of Women & Minority Business Enterprises. Including, Women Business Enterprise (WBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) & Public Works Small Business Enterprise (PWSBE). Allowing KTP to be a partner in Building Envelope Projects, while helping meet diversity goals.

With a long history and legacy of success and dependability, KTP continues to be a leader in the building envelope community and a construction resource to area Architects, Engineers & General Contractors.
